Janice Chen joined Benjamin Roberts Law in 2022 as a contract translator to assist the firm’s Mandarin Chinese-speaking clients, providing a vital bridge between the attorneys and clients navigating the legal system in a second language. Ben quickly recognized that Janice’s skill and passion for helping clients went well beyond the title of interpreter, and her role has evolved into that of a client liaison—helping Chinese-speaking clients navigate the injury claim process and litigation while assisting attorneys in obtaining necessary documentation and information that would otherwise be delayed due to the language barrier.

What sets Janice apart is her professionalism, patience, and dedication to client satisfaction. She has never hesitated to travel to a hearing, mediation, or trial to assist with client translation. When not working for the firm, Janice also provides certified court translation services.

Janice holds a degree in Business Administration from Beijing Open University and completed further studies in Education at Lone Star Community College.
