Erwin Ulin serves as the Litigation Paralegal at Benjamin Roberts Law, where he supports the firm’s active litigation docket from filing through resolution. Since entering the legal field in 2015, Erwin has worked on both the defense and plaintiff sides of litigation, providing him with a balanced perspective that helps anticipate challenges, understand opposing strategies, and support cases effectively.



Earlier in his career, Erwin worked in civil defense litigation representing large insurance providers, as well as on matters involving the Texas Attorney General’s Office and county projects related to eminent domain. Since joining Benjamin Roberts Law in 2024, his responsibilities include managing case expenses, coordinating discovery, preparing materials for depositions and hearings, and ensuring all court deadlines are met with precision.

Erwin is committed to advocating for clients’ best interests and places a strong emphasis on clear communication, helping ensure clients remain informed, supported, and confident as their cases progress. He is fluent in Spanish, which enables him to communicate directly with Spanish-speaking clients and ensure they understand every step of their case.

Erwin began his college studies at the University of St. Thomas before transferring to the University of Houston, where he studied English and later earned his Paralegal Certificate in 2015. Outside of work, Erwin enjoys visiting museums, traveling, exploring state parks, and is active in Pride Sports Houston. He is an avid film and music enthusiast and is usually spending time with his dog, Allister.
