Ben started his career defending insurance companies before switching sides to represent injured clients in 2010. He spent eight years at a prominent Houston plaintiff’s firm—gaining first-chair trial experience and rising from associate to the firm’s first partner—before founding Benjamin Roberts Law in 2018. That insider knowledge of carrier tactics now drives every case the firm handles.

Joshua began his career defending insurance companies in personal injury disputes before making the move to the plaintiff’s side. That experience taught him how carriers build their defenses and what it takes to overcome them. He now handles complex litigation and pre-litigation files involving 18-wheeler collisions, premises liability, and catastrophic injuries, graduating magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law Houston.

Staci brings over a decade of litigation experience to her dual role overseeing firm operations and managing a significant pre-litigation caseload. Her time working in insurance defense gives her direct insight into how carriers process claims—knowledge she now uses to strengthen case preparation for injured clients. Fluent in Vietnamese and English, Staci ensures language is never a barrier to justice.

Erwin supports the firm’s active litigation docket from filing through resolution, drawing on experience from both the defense and plaintiff sides of civil litigation. His background includes representing large insurance providers and handling matters for the Texas Attorney General’s Office. Fluent in Spanish, Erwin ensures clients understand every step of their case.

When clients call after an injury, Crystal is often the first person who helps them feel heard. She manages case files from intake through demand, coordinating medical records, insurance communications, and client updates. Crystal is bilingual in English and Spanish and currently pursuing her degree at the University of Houston.

Monica came to personal injury law because she wanted to guide people through difficult moments. A UNC Chapel Hill graduate who began her legal career in immigration law, she brings deep empathy for clients navigating complex legal processes. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Monica supports pre-litigation matters and ensures every client feels informed and supported.

Janice joined the firm in 2022 as a contract translator and quickly evolved into a full client liaison for Mandarin Chinese-speaking clients. She bridges the gap between attorneys and clients navigating the legal system in a second language, traveling to hearings, mediations, and trials to provide real-time translation. Janice is also a certified court translator.
