Staci Huynh brings over a decade of experience in the legal industry to her role as Paralegal and Firm Administrator at Benjamin Roberts Law. Before joining the firm, Staci worked in insurance defense, giving her direct insight into how carriers process and evaluate personal injury claims. That perspective now informs every aspect of her work on behalf of injured clients—from anticipating defense tactics to strengthening case preparation from the outset.

Born in Vietnam and raised in Houston, Staci earned her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Houston–Downtown and has built her career primarily representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters throughout the greater Houston area. Throughout her career, she has worked at respected Houston personal injury firms, where she handled complex litigation matters from intake through trial. Her experience includes drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery; coordinating depositions; organizing and summarizing medical records; assisting with mediation and trial preparation; and managing settlement logistics. She has assisted attorneys in trial, including voir dire preparation, exhibit organization, and coordination of expert and fact witnesses.

As the firm’s administrative lead, Staci oversees case management, phase progression, and day-to-day operations. She manages a significant pre-litigation caseload and coordinates the transition of cases into litigation. Her organizational precision and familiarity with defense-side processes help ensure that no detail is missed and every file is positioned for the strongest possible outcome.

Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, Staci is committed to serving a diverse community and ensuring that language is never a barrier to justice. She takes pride in maintaining high standards of organization, accountability, and client service in every case the firm handles.
