Monica Garcia Trevino came to personal injury law because she wanted to guide people through difficult moments—and she brings that same commitment to every case she touches at Benjamin Roberts Law. Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Monica relocated to Houston to continue building her legal career after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

After college, Monica began working as a paralegal at an immigration law firm in Charlotte, where she assisted individuals and families navigating complex immigration matters. That experience gave her a deep empathy for people facing uncertainty and strengthened her commitment to client-focused legal work. It ultimately led her to transition into personal injury law, where she could continue advocating for people who need someone in their corner.

In her role supporting pre-litigation matters at Benjamin Roberts Law, Monica assists with medical records coordination, client communication, insurance correspondence, and file organization. She works closely with Crystal and Staci to ensure every client’s case receives consistent attention and moves forward on schedule. Monica is bilingual in English and Spanish and regularly assists Spanish-speaking clients, helping ensure they feel comfortable communicating with the firm and fully understand each stage of the legal process.

Outside of the office, Monica enjoys dancing and staying active through regular workouts, which help her maintain balance and bring a positive energy to both her personal and professional life.
