Before founding Benjamin Roberts Law, Ben defended insurance companies. He saw firsthand how carriers evaluate injury claims, where they look for weaknesses, and what tactics they use to minimize payouts. He switched sides because he believed that knowledge should work for injured people — not against them.


That background defending insurance companies, combined with over 15 years of advocating for the injured, gives our firm a unique edge.
