Ben started his career working for insurance companies. He saw how they decide what a claim is worth and where they look for reasons to pay less. He decided that knowledge belonged on the injured person’s side.


After more than 15 years representing injured people, that background still shapes how the firm works. We build every case the way the insurance company’s lawyers will attack it, and we fix the weak spots before they can use them against you.


The firm focuses on serious personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, commercial truck wrecks, industrial incidents, and wrongful death claims.
